My background as a national gymnast representing France for seven years has given me the expertise to provide top-notch tips and guidance to dancers of all levels.

This class is open to all pole dancers or non pole dancers who are looking to create more elegant lines and master flexible tricks and anyone who wants to safely increase their back flexibility while preventing injuries. I'll provide progressions and regressions to fit your current skill level.
